Ahsan Manzil, Dhaka

Ahsan Manzil (Bengali: আহসান মঞ্জিল) the wonderful building is found at Kumartoli beside the banks of the Buriganga River in Bangladesh, was the formal residential palace and seat of the Dhaka Nawab Family. The structure of this palace was started in the year 1859 and was finished in 1869. Created in the Indo-Saracenic Revitalization building. To reserve the traditional and history of the area, the palace became the Bangladesh National Museum on 20 September 1992. Every year thousands of visitors (Included foreigner) come here to see its beauts. It's one of the Bangladeshi incredible traveling places. It's bares the history of Nawab Family & remembering the Nawab Family. 

Visiting Hours & Holidays:

Ahsan Manzil closed on Thursday, the museum is open from 10:30 to 17:30 on weekdays, and 15:00 to 19:30 on Friday during summer time (April – September). During winter (October – March), its open from 9:30 to 16:30 on weekdays and 15:00 to 19:30 on Friday. Go ahead and spend an hour or two at Ahsan Manzil and enjoy its beauty only in return of a 10 taka entry fee.
Holidays: Thursday and government holidays.
